Restored my old field watch — it's ticking again
Got my dad's old mechanical watch running again. Took it apart, cleaned it, swapped the mainspring, and it's been keeping perfect time for two days straight. There's something about holding a small thing in your hands that refuses to stop — feels like a promise you can actually hear.
